nice girl but she was new & they only had one person working. took 30 minutes to even order in a super long line. they were also out of almost every drink. needs better management
This location is okay. Either hit or miss. Sometimes I go and it's really good and other times it sucks!
I want to Starbucks inside Kroger like I’ve done many times before. I have used my app to get points if I didn’t have money on my card the employees are always kind enough to load it for me for the amount of my transaction and allow me to do it so I could still get points. However at this particular Kroger at 191 Alps Road in Athens, they informed me that they could not do that. They were not helpful in the least when I try to describe the different ways that many other people have done it at multiple other locations. I was frustrated and I ended up leaving and buying coffee from jittery Joe’s instead. And I’ll also mention that I don’t prefer jittery Joe’s to Starbucks I just didn’t feel like that they earned my money that day. I hope they can use it as a training opportunity
Coffee was fresh and hot staff was very friendly and helpful and willingness to assist
I didn't go there. I am not likely to go there very often knowing how they feel about the police.
