Food is great but service was slow..no ambiance
Food and service was very good. The staff made us feel we were part of their family. Wish it was in Blue Ridge. This was our second visit this week. We will definitely return!
I called in to place my curbside order and the girl answered right away and delivered my food withinabout 15 minutes. Wonderful restaurant! Great food, Very friendly people as I had been in there before with my sister and got Table service and the atmosphere is very sweet. Five stars!
Loved the good and the service
1st disappointing experience at Cooks. Ordered the special Chicken and Dumplings with two sides which arrived in a small side dish bowl and looked like dried old potato soup. Entire plate of food was cold and looked to be old. After one bite I asked the server to take back and did not order anything else. My dining partner asked for a go box and we left leaving full soft drinks on the table which we paid for. Unfortunately no one seemed concerned about our experience.
