Steven and his son came through for us when I was having a hard time getting an electrician to respond or keep an appointment. I had an appointment with one electrician and they never showed or even called letting me know they weren’t coming. Others would stop responding and not follow through on their promises to come give a quote, or just call me back to setup a time. Most would just give me a crazy high quote because they are too busy and didn’t want my project because it wasn’t expensive enough for them to We had a generator installed and the work was great. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked all day and did a great job. I honestly will not use anyone else after the terrible experiences I had trying to get this project done. Not only did he do the job, he did it for less than anyone else quoted me. He looked at a couple of little extra things for me, and helped me out at no charge. Pleasure to deal with, and is an honest guy doing honest business. A breath of fresh air.

Modified my two bad 4 bulb florescent light fixtures to LED lights. Two very knowledgeable technicians showed up on time did the work, cleaned up and left in an hour. Could not be more impressed.

I contacted Steven a couple days before Christmas about a failing master breaker. He came out the same day. the part had to be ordered, but the technician who came out to install it did various diagnostics on the heater unit and other circuits to confirm the problem. I appreciated his professionalism and that he and Steven took the time to explain their diagnoses.

We lost our power due to a neighbors tree felling the line. Our pole was bent and EMC turned off power to our home. Steve came out, fixed the problem the next day and got the permit to reinstate the power.nGreat service!

Used Keen Electric once again. This time we were interested in a backup generator. Steve and his sons are top notch. Professional, knowledgeable and great at what they do. The install of the generator went without a hitch. Explained everything in great detail.nThey’re diligent and trustworthy.nWe definitely recommend them!
