Drive thru is always backed up. For some reason they are always understaffed. What happened to estimating projection times. The service can be so much better. 3 people working and one order being taken at a time,smh
It took a worker forever to get my husband’s order at the drive through. We had our almost 2 year old in the car. She was getting upset because she was hungry, and already tired of sitting in the drive through for so long. It also took them forever to even take my husband’s card for him to pay. They also took forever to give us our food and one of the workers had to borrow the receipt because I guess they couldn’t keep up with our order. It was ridiculous. I won’t be coming back.
This isn't recent, but I must share this review. I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that this place prevented me from getting my mother her favorite meal a couple days before she passed away.
Food is good, a little greasy, but good. Love the crispy crust on the fish.
I Went To Captain D's In Vidalia Ga Wednesday And It Reminded Me The Reason I Stop Going Their. Was Very Unhappy With My Food It Cost Me $32. I Had Wait For About 25Min.
