I really like what they did to make this an Arby's. The inside looked great. Obviously they were following good COVID protocols. The food came fast and was done well. Staff were friendly and efficient.
THE MOST disorganized Arby's I have ever seen. Took 15 minutes to get my order and the worst part was that the order was just sitting there waiting to be handed to me for a good 10 minutes. The floor behind the counter was FILTHY with discarded bags and general trash an a few busted packs of saucenAbsolutelynasty place to buy food from. .
Terrible service, partially on account of not having any translators. Employees are rude with different cultures if they get a hint of an accent. Need to be more patient with their customers
Friendly customer service. Good food. Service is a little on the slow side, but orders were correct. Great sweet tea!
Horrible!!!! We just went to the Eatonton location and after waiting for 25 minutes for our food the order was completely wrong!!! I ordered a $10 meal and was given a $6 meal instead. I don't even eat the bull**** that they gave me in place of the meal I ordered. No straws either... And couldn't even get back to the window to get it corrected... Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! We literally just spent $25 ON FOOD AND DRINKS and were given $12 worth of the WRONG FOOD!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF TO SAY THE LEAST.
