I visited for the first time about a week ago and have been three times since! I love that the owner, who is an amazing, accomplished, young women, took the time to go over the menu with me. I have enjoyed their affordable prices and healthy options. Definitely one of the best places to visit if you are in the mood for something that is both nutritious and delicious! Their protein coffee is 100 calories, 15 g of protein and only 4$!!! So much better for you than Starbucks or Dunkin!

This place is downright amazing. Right in the Dahlonega square, and there isn’t any thing else like it. Owned by a very sweet family, recently opened a few weeks ago. Healthy options, great place to hang out and even enjoy a waffle ! Without cheating on your diet ud83dude09nnI sipped on a Mega Energy Tea while working in the yard. My boyfriend had the Jolly Rancher Mega Tea, it was delicious!nI might even order a whole cheesecake to pick up next weekend.

I love this place! It's very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the products they serve. Makes for a great mid morning or afternoon break for a refreshing snack or drink that is healthy. I love their coffee, juices! I'm going to try their antioxidant pineapple and lemon drink on my next visit!

This is definitely one of my favorite places in Dahlonega. They are always so nice and welcoming and their protein shakes are the best I’ve ever had. Their protein donuts are also really good, I’m excited to try more items. I highly recommend this place!
