Unprofessional! I have shopped here for a very long time and have never been treated so poorly. Simply wanted to return a item I bought 2 days prior that I realized had a hole in it. Brought back with tag and the receipt. However was accused by the staff of putting the hole in it myself. Asked for corporate number to discuss the matter and how better their staff should be trained to not accuse customers not once but four times of something and was told that she did not have that number. Salesperson number 101 was the employee in this situation. I will make sure I get corporates number to discuss this.

I used to really like Cato. The clothes aren't my style much anymore and going there is rarely satisfying. Of the last 6 times I went I made 1 purchase and half of those times employees never greeted me or acknowledged my presence. That felt a little odd.
