My son and I rented tuxedos here for my daughters wedding. The initial visit was pleasant. Someone measured us three weeks or so before the wedding and off we went to return two days before the wedding to pick them up.i went to get mine first. The shirt was too small. They ordered a replacement. A day or two later, my son and I went to pick up my tux (with new shirt) and his originally ordered tux. His jacket was too large and his shirt was Gigantic! The person helping us could not reorder without having the “owner” come in and measure. At this point my daughters wedding is in two days. The “owner” came in and treated us like we were two idiots who didn’t know how our clothes fit. He never apologized for their errors. In fact he did his best to tell us everything looked fine. It seemed that we had disturbed his afternoon and we were unimportant folks causing him an interruption. In my 68 years, I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a retailnestablishment. Eventually, the tux was reordered. I went to pick up the order and was greeted by an equally unfriendly person. Still no apology. So, never again. There are other tux rental places a short drive away. In my very humble opinion, I would check them out before deciding.

The best place to rent a tux (or anything else to dress with formal situations) within a 100 mile radius and I will put money on that statement. The owner and staff will do everything in their power to ensure you are treated like family and get the service you need. Great people, better suits.nn- Cole Waters.

The Tuxedo House is phenomenal! It is run by the same people at the Park Place Hotel which you will see, makes life easy. They have every color scheme, design, and pattern you would want. My husband and I were beyond happy with the pricing as well, making it affordable for he and the groomsmen to wear grey tuxedos(which tend to be pricey). The week of our wedding, Lynette and Kasey made sure everyone who rented a tux was properly fitted and looked perfect. One of the best things about them is they offered to hem and steam anything we needed in house, even if it was for someone else in the wedding party. Since we stayed at the Park Place Hotel, when the wedding was finished all the groomsmen had to do was leave the tuxedos in their rooms and Lynette and Kasey would walk by and grab them. We are beyond thankful for The Tuxedo House making our wedding weekend amazing. They are the place to go for tux rentals and suit purchases in Georgia.
