Was great for me. Arrived early, loaded before appointment. But I heard there have been problems there. Drivers were docked when I arrived and still docked when I left.nJust boxes. GOOD LUCK!! Not sure about returning.nnThanks

They operate 24 hours however they do have a cutoff time for unloading certain shipments. We arrived around 11 pm and was told they couldn't unload us until the next morning. The security guard did tell us we could drop our trailer if we needed to go to a truck stop for showers and food. The next morning we missed a phone call from them and when we called back they told us they already had another truck on the door they were going to give us and it would be awhile before they unloaded us. After about an hour we decided that we were hungry and called to ask a time frame of when we would get a door they told us a few hours, we asked if we could run down the road to grab a bite to eat, they said yes and we left. When we arrived back at the front gate security advised us that we had a door but since we left they assigned it to another driver. Needless to say do not be in a hurry when you come here. The only positive thing about this place is the guards that we saw and had interaction with. Very friendly, polite, courteous and he done everything he could to try to get us unloaded when we first arrived but couldn't. At least he made an effort.
Stop at guard shack, then you are all set, fairly quick unload and out the other side of guard shack. No contact delivery.
3rd or 4th time here and again Sent out to a another warehouse which is 1 mile away. Loaded really fast every time , one star less is just because they don’t let you know when they finish loading you and the lights don’t work
