Safe, secured and very clean facility. The staff is great as well! Definitely best place in town to rent a storage unit.
I’ve been renting from here since 2017. The rules and policies aren’t very straightforward. The late fee is supposed to be applied after the 6th day of the month. Today is December 6th I tried paying my bill online last night the fifth. The fee was already added unless rent went up without proper notice. Now it’s Sunday and I can’t get into my room because my gate access code has been denied. I’m over it and will be moving my things out before Februaryud83dudc7fud83dudc7f.
I rented a unit late 2017 and paid my unit every month a couple of months was late but still paid...I went on 6/18/2018 to move my things out and there's a small trash dumpster up front by the road so I had a old Cabinet I no longer wanted so i sit it beside there not thinking anything about it..Also I moved everything but a huge Tv out of unit because I had no help with intentions of going back to get it and to sweep out unit and I also accidentally left my lock off so I guess they went in and assumed I abandoned my unit...So I get a message on my Facebook from the older lady that works there saying she is calling law on me and that I never should have put piece furniture there it's not their trash can it's a tenants and that I was gonna get charged 50.00 if they have to remove it....Not happy to be threatened with the law for nothing wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...
