Ordered 2 Big Hardee's with light sauce for myself and my son. Got home and noticed the burgers were really dry and no sauce was on them. There was no one on front of me and my drive home from there is about 20 min. I tried calling the store 3 times but no once answered the phone. Probably won't be going back to that location. Will drive further to a different one.
These people can’t get an order correct. Not only does the manager catch an attitude if you ask for say syrup for your pancakes because obviously they’re not going to give you that unless you ask. The wait times are insane and the food I will say (whatever food you get) is generally good. It’s sad that good help is hard to find and it’s only getting worse. They’ll soon be getting $15 an hour and prices will of course go up and the end result will be the same. I’m going to start cooking from home.
You just sold me a Big star hamburger with a small burger party and I know you know because you won't answer the phone
Just came home with a rancid roast beef. It smells of food poisoning it is runny and oozing rottenness. No answer to my repeated calls.
We were the only customers. Was told to pull forward to wait for food when I noticed mistakes on receipt. Pulled back to window again ordered apple pie, paid, corrected a shake to right flavor. Brought food, still put onions on burger, finally came with shakes, had to ask for ketchup and napkins. Told NO ketchup!!!nThis is a new hardee's & again we were the only customers. Fries cold & oil was not fresh, burger was cold & rotten lettuce on chicken sandwich. We won't be stopping here again.
