Guy in front of me was the only person inside before us and he had been waiting 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came out from the back. An employee, young guy, came out walking slowly with plastic bags, but doing nothing but carrying them around. Didn't speak to anyone. I honestly felt like I was in the twilight zone. Finally left. I honestly would like to know what was going on. This kind of behavior reflects the franchise owner's commitment to running this business.
Easy placing my order over the phone. Girl who took my order spoke very clear, repeated everything, and my order was ready on time. My salad was soooo fresh!~ This is the only place where I don't need any dressing for my salad. I can eat it as is. The sandwich was perfectly made, too.
3 times in a row something has happened. 1st time my wife had a long hair in her sandwich. 2nd time they screwed up our drink order and didn't give us any pickles. 3rd time had to wait 45 minutes after i ordered for my food! Total time to get food 1 hour!! This is the worst ran firehouse by far!!
Stopped by on our way north from Florida ud83dudc4b Drive thru only but wow we got the hook and ladder subs and they were amazing! Thank you so much! Love to eat and have a great experience. Food was made quick too
Firehouse Subs are the best, even better Waitr delivers all over Houston county.
