The customer service was beyond expectation. We were waited on immediately. You could ask any question and it was answered immediately. The food was hot and there was plenty. Altho I think the sweet potato fries cud use some attn. Maybe butter and cinnamon. As soon as we walked in, there was a feeling of welcome. I had just gotten off of a very tiring day at work myself, and never once did I have to get up for plastic ware or extra bbq sauce. You guys rock!! And the cleanliness was impeccable!! Perry Georgia
From the moment we entered the resturaunt, all the staff was welcoming and helpful! It was our first visit and we felt the WOW factor. Once our food arrived the WOW became a double WOW! The food was as tasty as all the other reviews claimed!
Best ribs I have had in a long time. Fried okra really crunchy. Mac & Cheese was very cheesy. Fast service.
Always consistently great BBQ! Our hostess was awesome! I took my dad who has mobility issues and they were so kind to him and made sure he had everything he needed. Shane's franchise is a step above others and their staff, no matter the location, has always been top notch!
