Attempted to schedule a site visit with this company numerous times over a span of a month and never heard back from Mr. Myers. Spoke with the office secretary many times where I was told he will call me back but this never occurred. Attempted to reach Mr. Myers on his cell phone and my calls were never returned. When I called the office today and mentioned i was going to look elsewhere, there was no attempt to keep my business. I do not recommend contacting this contractor for any residential projects as there is a high probability they will not return your call. I wish I could speak for the quality of the work but I can say that my experience with the customer service at this company was extremely lacking. I have a large home extension project I would like executed and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for this job.
