Poor security when i was there we saw two people inside the same building i needed to go to except they didn't really look like they should of been there and think we spooked them a little bit . then upon leaving you have to have a gate code to get in and out. They were parked by the gate with there head lights on but were not by the code box like they were waiting for someone to open the gate for them. I wasn't about to let them out after waiting 20 minutes. Or so and them backing up around the building so we couldn't see them another truck was coming in and opened the gate and they darted for the and barely made it before it started closing. The gate actually open back up when their car triggered the sensor
Tara at the Federal Way location has just been fantastic to work with!! She’s friendly, prompt (when we set up a time to meet), and just knows her business really well and seems to really care about doing a good job. Kudos to StorQuest having such excellent staff members.
I arrived late, in the rain, with a full truck to unload. The two Gals at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They found me a unit then let me sit in the lobby to dry off a bit and even offered me a slice of their freshly delivered pizza. I accepted! They should be promoted! Great experience.
Really happy with StorQuest! I was in a pinch for space and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and easy to access. Great access hours. I would store again there and recommend.
I’ve rented space from StorQuest in Federal Way, WA for 5 years and it has been great. The space is well maintained, well kept, and the service has always been spot on. The many things I stored there never suffered any damage from cold or moisture. Access has always been easy and felt safe. The elevators, lights and easy to use trolleys made moving stuff super easy. I strongly recommend them if you need to store things you care about!
