Randy went above and beyond! I have a small local auto detailing shop here in Kent upon detailing one of my clients vehicles I realized there was a leak inside of his brand new roll n lock bed cover. After going back in 4th with the manufacturer they sent me to competition specialties in kent! they were able to replace the bed cover instantly mind you this was not there fault but a manufacturer defect....
