If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave me a time frame and didn’t show up during that time. I was told they would call 30 minutes before and they never called or texted. When I call the delivery guy they kept sending me to voice mail. I keep being told I would get a call from management and I have yet to receive a call. Absolutely the worst service ever!!! Unprofessional, unorganized, and they waste your time.
Horrible experience with this company and their team who came to deliver and install washer & dryer purchased from Costco.com. The MOST unprofessional/unskilled/rude delivery/installation team I have ever encountered. They installed the dryer and the next day the dryer vent pipe fell off. The customer service is very rude! How come Costco uses this company for delivery? If this continues no one will buy Costco appliances.
They are awful, never use them. They lied to us multiple times about where our package was and when it would arrive, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. We ordered a Christmas Tree on Nov. 6th from Costco, it was in their warehouse that week, supposed to be delivered Nov. 16th, no delivery, no notice, no communication, no apology. So later that week I get a hold of them, their not sure what happened but say it will be delivered on Monday Nov. 23rd, at the end of the day still no delivery, I wait an hour on hold, they lie and say there is one more delivery in front of us but it will still be delivered. It never comes, no apology, no phone call, no communication. Today they are telling us they can get it to us next Monday. They are awful, avoid at all cost.
The worst delivery service company you can possibly think of. Very bad customers service. Was supposed to have a delivery for the 22nd but they did not honor that. After calling their support team they had such a bad attitude and hanged up on me.
