Constantly getting order wrong at drive through. Went inside and they messed that order up. Had to drive back and get it fixed. Ordered double sandwich got the double box but single sandwich not once but twice. Tried calling the store and it was the fax. So I am hoping to hear from someone else that explain why it's difficult to fill orders and provide services.nUPDATE: Still can't get an order correct more than 10 percent of the time. Only way to know for sure it's right is to go inside. So what's the point of a drive thru?

Where do I start, went through the drive-through on Friday on the way to work, ordered a breakfast sandwich, got to work and come to find out it was not what I ordered. Thought I would swing by again Saturday morning to grab breakfast for my family, thought I would give them another chance. AND nope, all 3 breakfast sandwiches I ordered were WRONG, NOTHING I had ordered was in my bag. Except the hash browns I had to wait for. The only thing they got right was the 3 cokes and 3 hash browns. No straws in the bag, FAIL, no napkins in the bag! FAIL, order wrong! FAIL. The problem clearly is not the person taking the order, it is the person preparing the order to go out. Some serious re-training may be necessary. Take the time to read and pay attention to what you are putting in someone's bag. I am allergic to egg, all of my sandwiches had EGG!!! It is not worth my time to go back and get the order corrected. Two places that never get my order wrong, is Starbucks, and Wendy's. And that is who will be getting my money from this day on. You work at McDonald's for GODS sake, not NASA. Get it together people!

This was the best McDonald's I've had in a long time. Everything was hot & fresh. Service was awesome. I will most definitely shop with you'll again.
