Traveling from out of state and stopped at this Starbucks. Although my drinks/food were perfectly made.. I was a bit taken back by one of the employees. While waiting for the items in my order, a lady that was stocking things by the window said to Josh, the cashier, ‘what did she just add that on at the window?!’ In which he replied ‘No, she didn’t want it warmed..’ at this point I knew they were referring to my banana bread that I asked not to be warmed WHILE ORDERING.. okay, no big deal.. until I hear her tell him ‘you need to tell her that’s the standard!’ When the employee didn’t follow her command, she came to the window herself and informed me that ‘it is the standard to be warmed when ordering, so next time, if I don’t want it that way, I need to let them know at the speaker when ordering!’.. of course I informed her that’s what I did, but she was already walking away. Even IF someone did make the mistake of not asking at the window, that is no way to approach a customer about a simple mistake. Do better Starbucks!

This starbucks is really quick for the most part. The staff here are very polite and professional.nOnly thing sometimes drinks are consistent as to the flavor or they may be short or to the top.

Absolutely great experience. I have stopped by this location in the past a couple times transporting pets and they are absolutely the nicest staff. We try to pay it forward when we can through the drive thru window.. Always nice and always polite and always willing to get it right.. That is a 5 star to me.

The Perry Pkwy Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always super sweet, and they are always the FASTEST Starbucks around. Everytime I place a mobile order, it's ready way before I would expect it to be. (ie, TWO minutes) And even when the drive thru line is really long, it still moves amazingly quickly compared to every other Starbucks I've been to. The speed and efficiency at this store is seriously impressive. And though my encounters with them are brief, the staff is always such a pleasure, and I've developed quite a fondness for a couple of the employees. I will literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this Starbucks instead of settling for one that may be closer.
