In today's world I cannot believe that a company as old and as popular as Waffle House, would take discrimination lightly. When I complained about discrimination to Carol, her reply was she would investigate it. Gave Carol all the information and I have contacted her several times and still she will not contact me back. Discrimination can come in all forms, elderly, African American, European, or white. Why would you choose to disregard a claim on discrimination so lightly? I will never ever visit a waffle house again. You have shown me how biased of a company you truly are. I'm sure there are more of us out there like me, that refuse to say anything. Now I know why. You plan to do nothing to address or change your behavior towards this action. Shame on you

I had a bad experience with the Waffle House I frequent at least 3 times a week. No one from corporate reached out to me to rectify the situation. If the problems aren't corrected, there will be a lot of lost customers. Word of mouth spreads quickly, especially when posted on social media!

First place I worked for when I started out in the world on my own at the age of only 15 years old I started worked for the waffle houses all through my life as a young woman and the different states I lived ,I knew that the waffle houses of America would always hire experienced cook .I became the greatest chef ever in the ten years History I had worked for the waffle House.

I’m at 4370 Jonesboro rd in union city the cool today was using his cell phone hike cooking he threatened me when I said something about it told them to hurry up and get me out and the manager never said nothing then when I call Corp they never would allow me to speak someone the receptionist kept hanging up on me I’ll never eat Waffle House again and I’m going to campaign that everyone else don’t either

Waffle House On Corporate Blvd In Baton Rouge Has Excellent Customer Service, All Waiters, Cooks and Managers Very Polite And Welcome Each Customer As They Walk In, Restaurant is Very Clean, Cooks Are Constantly Keeping There Area Clean Between Cooking! Great Friendly Staff At This Location Mrs. Lisa Is An Extremely Great Employee So Customer Friendly and Professional...
