If I could rate it no stars I would. Where do I begin... We ordered our food and in the midst of my 9 month pregnant sister enjoying her meal she finds a hair. The waiter then let the manager know and instead of coming and speaking with us directly, she sent him back to us to ask if she would like another corn. We of course said no and stated that she would not be paying for this meal. The manager never came to speak with us which I find very unprofessional. While we were leaving my spouse wanted to speak with the manager and recommend she remove the batch of corn entirely. She then proceeded with an attitude saying that she would handle it and proceeded to walk away while my spouse was still speaking. This place is not a go to please find a restaurant with better service. In the midst of Corona virus no one that was an employee was wearing a mask. If you want the possibility of their secret hair ingredient in your food or the option of catching COVID by all means this is the place for you.
First time here n loved it. I ordered the 7fried jumbo shrimp n wings. It was a perfect dinner after a long days work. I would definitely recommend to all. Thank you
They’ve definitely stepped it up! I always order from them now! Love their seafood!
When we arrived at the restaurant there is anybody seating you for one you could just walk in and sit where you like it took for ever for them to ask what we wanted to drink and to eat. Once the food arrived it was good but my 9 month pregnant Fiancé was starting to eat her corn and she looked and found a hair in the corn, Now the manager was very unprofessional in the situation because she goes and ask who was the waiter of the table which it isn’t his fault but the manager should’ve addressed the situation her self. Instead she sent over a coworker to apologize for the hair in the corn she also asked if we wanted another piece of corn. the corn look like its been soaking for about 3 days the seafood looks old. TERRIBLE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that has better service!!!
O...M...G!!! No words in my vocabulary can quite capture the level of satisfaction... let me restate that... the amazement of everything my experience here had to offer. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest and thus have enjoyed some of the freshest and highest quality seafood imaginable. I've live in Southeast Texas therefore have been treated to the pleasures of some of the finest Cajun cooking one could hope to seek out. While on a weekend trip to Atlanta my daughter suggested The Juicy Crawfish after a long day of driving and activities. What sealed the deal was a picture of a seafood boil that I was absolutely positive could never hope to challenge those of the venerable Crab Pot in Seattle. If you've ever been to The Crab Pot you know what I mean. I've been humbled... I judged too quickly... book by the cover doesn't cover it. Calling this boil good is like calling the Grand Canyon a good size gully. Equally impressive is the delight that the staff and atmosphere lend to the experience. The place is really cool. All over the walls are messages and signatures of people who no doubt were proud to leave their mark on this gem for all posterity to marvel at. Its very clean, bright, and inviting. The staff is absolutely top notch. Everyone was very friendly and kind and obviously enjoy what they do. I could not possibly say how strongly I recommend anyone venturing remotely near Atlanta make the trip to The Juicy Crawfish and see what I'm talking about. Its definitely one of those places that should be visited by any and every show like Diners Drive-ins and Dives.
