Before hiring Taylor Lee and Associates PLEASE do your research! I had the WORST experience with this firm. Don’t let them brain wash you and go ask for a second opinion before you even hire them!!!! Never do I recommend any friend or anybody to this firm. I had the WORST experience with them. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON’T GO TO THEM AS A FIRST OPINION ABOUT YOUR CASE. It be nice to hear from them asking me why I’m so upset at their firm but I am sure they won’t care. I tried speaking to one of the attorney and explain to him what I was going through with the paralegal and our case and he LITERALLY hung up the phone on me. We work so hard to earn our money don’t go out and throw it away with them. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT US THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY!!

The firm has made a name for themselves over the years. I have been using them for quite a few things in the last 10 years. Though it may often seem like there's internal miscommunication, they always get the job done. If they improved their customer service experience by using 'thank you,' 'please' and a smile more often, it would go a long way, which is why I give them a 4.

To all my Facebook friend if you’re in need of an immigration lawyer DO NOT EVER GO TO Taylor, Lee & Associates I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! They have shown me that they don’t care about their clients. Unfortunately, my family and I had faced the WORST experience with them. They brain washed us, received our money, the paralegal STOPPED answering us, we tried to speak to the attorney and explained what was happening with the lady who had our case and he LITERALLY argued with us and hung up the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!

Horrible scam! I used Christopher Taylor he is a lier he doesn't not follow up he doesn't look into the case he promises that he will get your live one out of immigration but he gets them DEPORTED do not I mean do not use this firm
