Very busy location here in Alpharetta, Georgia. Zaxby's is doing a great job with the current public health problem. Food is always consistently and dependably tasty. The spicy blackened chicken sandwich is really not too spicy at all. I recommend getting some of their hot sauce to add to the spicy blackened chicken sandwich. Enjoy ud83dudc14

The food at zaxby was good but they forgot my coleslaw. I call back and the manager was real nice about it. She said she will make sure that the employees will check order before handing it out. Thanks Zaxby

Like the chicken. Salads are pretty weak. But the Texas toast kinda makes up for it. The new General Tsos flavor is different. Not bad for fast food.

My hand has been forced to write this review and will gladly take it down or revise it should management decide to action it.nnI love zaxbys. I come here at least 1x a week and this location is covienant. My complaint is not even about the food as it is comparable to most locations.nnThe issue is that there is some sort of lack of care around making the orders how the tickets read. Literally 75% of the time or more my order is messed up with the sauces. It is so infuriating to order buffalo sauces only to get to the office and open up my box of delicious chicken to find just Ranch and Zax Sauce. They staple the receipts to the bag and it is as clear as day. It is even more infuriating when not only am i substituting for buffalo sauce but paying for more sauce that I am not receiving.nnThe shear frequency at which this happens means that there is a simple lack of care for the customer and I am just mad at this point. I will take this review down with a response from management + my next 5 orders having the correct sauce provided to me. Sauce is such a big part of a zaxbys experience that it is a big deal.

I'm from Chicago and was excited to try Zaxby's. I took my son, it wasn't crowded at all, only 1 customer was dining in. We ordered, our food came quickly.. the zingers znd fries were warm. We was hungry and ate it.. then the second time trying thd same Zaxby's. the food was like luke warm. How rude? Not going back..
