Line is too darn long in the drive through!
My visit was uneventful. I had originally been at the drive through next door but their line didn't move - at all - so I went over to Popeyes. I got right through and was on my way in no time. The chicken was really good so I was satisfied.
They were out of pretty much everything, as usual.
I understand doing the pandemic you wanna cut staff but to the point where you waiting almost 45 min in line at the drive-through and still they get the order wrong.. And when you ask for the correction of your order you get nothing but attitude from the staff not good customer service I normally don't leave reviews but I had to say something about this..so you know what to expect
Went today to get the advertised flounder sandwich and was very disappointed. There were a few issues with my visit. 1) The drive thru line was almost to the street and not moving. There was no one inside, so we went inside. 2) They kept saying they’d be right with us and still made us wait for a while. 3)my fish sandwich was served with just bread. NOTHING like the advertisement. No pickles. No sauce. No lettuce. 4)when I mentioned it they said “we always serve it with sauce on the side.” And handed me a side of sauce. One positive is the food was hot and fresh.
