I took my family there for Christmas. We ordered from the Prix-Fixe menu. It was the worst experience ever!!!!! It took over an hour to bring me and my son our appetizer (I got a salad and he got soup). Then, they told my husband he’d have to wait an additional 20 minutes for his appetizer. My son and husband finally got there meal after waiting 2 HOURS and they told me that I’d have to wait another 20 minutes for my meal to come out. We were there for a total of 2 1/2 hours and I finally had them box my meal when it came out. The worst part was when the waiter came out and told us that they were plating our dinner and in actuality that was a lie. And then we had to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait longer. The restaurant was not crowded and there were only a couple of items to pick from. I am still unsure how this all happened...??? They ended up comping our meal that they had to box up. I emailed the restaurant group to let them know of our experience and I received no response. I am totally disappointed in my experience and response from the company. I find their lack of response unprofessional. I will no longer be supporting any of their restaurants. I do not suggest going here!
I did takeout during the Alpharetta Restaurant Week Feb 21-27, 2021. It was absolutely delicious!!! I was so eager to try it that I called to order before the scheduled dinner time @ 5pm. Ryan told me that it was definitely worth it and he was right!!! I had the She Crab Soup, Roasted Pork Belly and the Chocolate Caramel Angel Pie!!! So kudos to Ryan for promoting the menu and a “fantastic job” to the chefs who prepared my dish!!! Also, the young lady who assisted me at the bar with my order provided awesome customer service!!!!
We had a fantastic dinner and the service was over the top!nGreat managers on duty and our waiter guided us on a personal journey through the menu.nFelippe was great.made it a special night!nWe will be back!
Friendly, welcoming, very clean, and great at following the guidelines in a polite way.nI had the skirt steak and king biscuit. They were fantastic. If I had to choose one as my favorite it would be the biscuit.nshout out to the staff Shaka, Earl, Ariel. Personable, knowledgeable, friendly.nVisting family for the holiday. Will be back.
Very good food and nice interior. The brunch is great and so is dinner! The fried chicken is some of the best I have ever had. The shrimp and grits was awesome. The cocktails and mimosas were great as well. If you’re staying at the hotel, definitely eat here!
