I was driving back from Atlanta. Clean bathroom. Courteous staff. Food was great.
So this morning I got a gravy pork chop bisc, it had maby a 1/2 tea spoon of gravy. I asked for some more gravy, the lady in charge said I would have to pay for a side!! So I left, that was really poor coustomer service. Good job boss lady!!
I like the food, especially the 1/3 lb Angus beef burgers and fries. The staff was horrid. They took our order and promptly forgot about the order. Too much jawing and gossiping amoung the staff and poor attention to the real reason they had a job...serving meals. After waiting for our order for 15+ mins, with no other customers, went to the counter and they didn't even remember taking the order even though it was still showing on the order screen.
