Dine in is still closed, poor service in drive thru and by the staff. Always rude at the drive thru window and lot of times during person to person ordering.

We have tried this Zaxby's several times. Every time there is something not right with our order. Today we ordered a zensational zalad and an extra egg roll. We did not get the extra egg roll and when my husband called they said we could come back but he was already home, 10 miles from them. How can they get every order we have made there not right. Today my husband was the only person there. Do they just not listen or do they just not care? I guess we won't be going back.
