I rarely write these things but, I’m making an exception. My home buying process was amazing experience from beginning till closing. A real estate closing is usually a nerve racking experience , this was not my experience today with John Adair from Adair & Baker. John, was thoughtful, funny, kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He definitely helped relieved the stress. All documents were neat, orderly and ready for signature. Thank you John!

Nicholas Baker was a pleasure to work with. He had everything prepared and moved us through the process in a timely fashion. Very nice young man, the highlight of our experience in closing on this home.

Closed a VA refi over zoom. Laura was really helpful with walking through the mountain of paperwork quickly, and was personable and knowledgeable with the whole process. The zoom meeting was relaxed while maintaining an expected degree of professionalism - way more pleasant than my last mortgage related signing.nnIf I have a choice I would go with Adair and Baker again

Attorney Baker has been very patient with us. He explained the forms we were signing. He is very courteous and polite.nnI have had two closing experience with this firm twice before. Including this time, all very satisfied. We feel we can trust the Attoerney so well.

They took the time and explained everything I was signing. For a first time home owner they were great. They also answered all my questions and told me how escrow and everything works. I highly recommend.
