Incredibly frustrated with the entire process with this company. The administrative assistant is notoriously difficult to get in touch with and hardly ever responds. We would have meetings set up, or paperwork that needed to be completed, but no time table given, and then she would ask us why we didn't complete it. On top of the massive lack of professionalism and lack of responsiveness we had issues with payments. They consistently demanded payment from me even though they had not processed any of our paperwork with the courts. They were quick to send an email regarding payment but were incredibly slow to respond whenever I had a question. My mother-in-law, out of the kindness of her heart, was paying for all services and could never get a hold of this place to render payment. On top of all of this, out of the blue I get a phone call that I have been sent to collections. Zero notification from Faulhaber, zero phone calls, just sent to collections. Again, no one reached out to explain anything which was weird because they were always quick to ask for money. We were able to proceed and cpmplete the adoption of my daughter but I would not recommend this law firm to anyone who is wanting to adopt a step child.
