I can’t imagine anyone having bad service here the girls that work at this location are so sweet and helpful never snobby like some stores and always wanting to help or just be nice customers service is a plus in this store!
The Free People location at the Avalon is my home store. I've always encountered a beautiful, organized store with super friendly employees. I wanted to write this review for a while but my most recent visit has made me finally doing so. I had a complicated return due to a mix up, afterpay, store merchandise credit...everything that could be difficult, my return had it. Bri was such a rockstar working through it with me. She took the time to call customer service three times to make sure we were going the right direction to rectify the return. I didn't realize that I had came in so close to closing and she reassured me that it was no big deal. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me and I really do appreciate her! I Thank you, Bri!
Super helpful nice employees no matter what. Cute clothes for young people and even a few fun things for the older Ladies.
One of my absolute favorite places to shop. Beautiful clothes, and the girls that work there are super sweet
