The manager, Julia, is OUTSTANDING and very professional. She cares about the facility and the customers in that she's always making sure things are in order and the customer is satisfied. She doesn't mind answering questions and she is very patient. I wish the rest of the team at this location had the same disposition Julia does when it comes to customer service! Stephanie from Public Storage located on Roswell Road was beyond excellent! She went over and beyond in delivering exemplary customer service, which is a challenge to come by these days. I called in the right after the New Year, and Stephanie had a line of customers. She kindly asked if she could call me back. Stephanie called me back and did not allow a busy day to prevent her from delivering on her promise. Five-star service, and she needs to be celebrated by Public Storage for excellent service.
Had a really good experience here. Place was immaculate which is almost impossible for a warehouse that size. Not sure how they do it. The manager Julia works hard to make sure it’s maintained and stays that way. Customer service and communication was great. If you need space to store your stuff, that’s where you need to go. You will not be disappointed.
I come here to pay my mothers bill who stores in Texas. I don’t think I have met another Public Storage employee nicer then Miss Julia. She treats everyone with respect and kindness, is always patient no matter when I come in to pay. Wish there were more people like her. The world would be a better place.
Came with my aunt to help organize her storage sheds to put more stuff in. Realized she needed another unit. This was the cleanest place I’ve ever seen as far as storage facilities. Good lighting, clean bathroom. Ms Julia was extraordinary. Her Customer service exemplary. Thanks for making a somewhat stressful situation go smooth, quick & efficient.
