Haven't been to an IHOP in a while. Today I was craving pancakes and dropped in. It was as good as I remembered. Great blueberry pancakes. Fast service, clean atmosphere and great staff making sure you and everyone in the place was safe. Will have to go back to making IHOP a weekly thing...
First time here. Very clean, nice employees. They have a score of 94. It's a little smaller than some of the other IHOP's that I've been to. The seating is blocked off for social distancing. The booth I was in was a little snug. Xavier was extremely nice, he was very attentive, very friendly and kept checking on me during my meal. The French toast and bacon were good. The eggs were okay with cheese along with the grits. The grits need to be in a bigger bowl other than that they were okay. Check out my videos and pictures for more info.
It was not the staff. They were doing their best. This place was just slow and crowded. The food was great though. Cleanliness could have been better.
I love IHOP food. Anytime i want to treat myself this is one of my favorite places to go. Great food here.
Food was fine, but the tea had biological organisms growing and thriving in it, as if they had not washed the tea containers in a couple weeks. Very disappointed that the server did not notice it before she brought it to the table. Even more disappointed that she did not report it to the manager.
