I have been a fan of the original General Muir location for some time, and was eager for them to open the Sandy Springs location. I’m happy to report that the quality and quantity of offerings of this location are very similar to their other location (which is to say “really good!”). Bagels and cinnamon rolls are fantastic - among other things. We’ve done take out several times since they opened, and other than the occasional delay we’ve been very happy with everything. As this location ha only been open a short time, they are still ironing out some of the quirks (hence the four star rating)... but it’s worth the wait, and will undoubtedly be running like clock soon!

I tried the vegetarian reuben and it was tasty. The decor of this place is also very cool.nnI do wish there were a few more vegetarian options on the menu and especially at least one vegan option. Also it would be helpful if the menu indicated which items were vegetarian/vegan friendly.nnBased on what I did try though I have high hopes for this place.

This time I remembered to take pictures. If you have ever been to NY then this will bring you back to real pastrami, pickles, cheesecake and more. Hubby had the pastrami hash and you can see the last of my reuben sandwich. Our waiter was great and very knowledgeable. My cocktail was delicious. Please go if you want to eat authentic NY food.

I ordered the Corned Beef sandwich and it was great but not 12 dollars great. It’s a pretty small sandwich and can be eaten in about three minutes. If anything it should come with fries.
