I’m a fan of Dominos. Their improvements over the last 2 years are noticeable. Unfortunately, after relocating to the suburbs of Atlanta, my closest Dominos is sub par. I’ve ordered 5 times at my new address and the pizza has always been UNDERCOOKED. The chicken was also barely eatable...not sure if it’s a rush to order issue or what, but I’d prefer a longer wait time over cold dough and cold chicken centers...out west in Denver, my food was always so amazing—every time! I just wish my new local dominos stepped up and delivered cooked pizza. I won’t order now because it’s routinely undercooked and cold.

Awful service. Why do I need to ask EACH time for the sauce which was included in the order and was paid for. What is the problem to check the order and give to the customer the exact order what was placed?nArrived today to pick up the pizza which was ready according to the tracking. It was given to another customer or delivery guy.nNo apologize at all. The store manager behaved like it is a regular thing and didn’t even explain what happened. He said that I have to wait another 8 minutes.nAwful customer service.nVery disappointed.nPut the pizza into trash
