Absolutely awful experience, he emailed me to follow up with me and seemed angry that I haven’t answered him. I told him about my case and he kept suggesting my condition wasn’t linked to my injury, sir, yes it is. We went back and forth, I told him when my pain started, I had plenty of evidence of doctors visits after the injury, I had ER visits, ct scans of my chest, every possible test, and then he says there’s no injury unless I need surgery; I’m like Uh no that’s not how it works. I have a lifelong inflammation issue at 22 caused my negligence of a massage therapist. He told me I should see a chest surgeon, for what?! I know as diagnosed with inflammation of my chest and ribs, I had CT scans that reveled nothing wrong with my lungs or broken bones. I’m so glad he didn’t want my case because these reviews are awful!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. Mr. Lukoski and his paralegal Susy Ross were always in touch with me with each stage of my lawsuit. They both went above and beyond keeping me informed with what was going on and what to expect. I am grateful for their help in settling my case.

I was referred to Mr. Kaplan as well about a potential wrongful death case. I could barely get a word out before he would continuously stifle and Interrupt me. I would AVOID at all costs. He is a very rude person that lacks manners and professionalism. There’s kinder attorneys out there.nnAlso if you run a quick search on this former doctor, his own patients rated him poorly with a 1 out 5 rating.

I reached out to Dr. Ron Kaplan today to discuss my medical malpractice case. He was recommended to me thru an attorney friend so I was anxious to hear his thoughts on my case. Dr. Kaplan was warm at first and asked me several questions about my case. However, once he realized he would not be able to take my case, his tone changed. I was disappointed because knowing he was also a medical doctor, I thought he would have more of a vested interest. But this was not the case. He more or less defended the negligent practice that let me down for years. I did a little research and found that Dr. Kaplan himself had very low ratings on his own patient reviews during the days when he was an Internist, one even having to do with an incorrect diagnosis, so I wondered if this is where the attitude switch came from. I’m not sure if he is still a practicing doctor today, (not sure how one is both a Dr. and a lawyer at the same time)? but he answered the phone to me as a lawyer, a very insensitive one.
