Ms. Jakob-Barnes was always so courteous and very responsive. I don't plan on filing bankruptcy ever again...but if I have to, I would use her. She was extremely knowledgeable. This was my first (and last) bankruptcy and I was nervous about everything. She calmed me down and explained things thoroughly.

Jennifer was outstanding in helping me out with my Chapter 13 bankruptcy. My situation was that, even tho' I was handling money well at the time, bad decisions in my past resulted in creditors making those threatening calls at all times of day. Jennifer explained my options, and I chose to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The payment plan was for (IIRC) 5 years, but I was able to get it taken care of in 3. Jennifer also made sure I had the tools available to keep within my budget and to improve my credit score. Thanks, Jennifer!
