My husband and I went here for the first time on a date night. The scallops with risotto and shrimp and grits were outstanding as well as the service. Our compliments to the chef!! We will definitely be back soon!
We've eaten here before and the food is great; however, don't show up at 8:30 pm and expect to be seated comfortably. We were told the kitchen closes at 8:30-8:40pm. The restaurant closes at 9. I asked if it was still ok or if we'd be rushed. The hostess said maybe... Very odd.
Everything about this place is great! From the food to the staff. LaRae was my server and was the sweetest and most attentive!
So, my family and I came here for dinner and the food was not as good as it use to be. For starters it was my father in law birthday. Everywhere was a 2-3 hour wait. I suggested fine dining downtown Rome. The meat on my husband and father on law was salty (too much). The macaroni and cheese was very bland with melted cheese thrown on top, my beans were too salty as well. This place need to consider a real chef with fine cooking/dinning expertise.
The food was amazing. The service was awesome. The atmosphere was pleasant. This was a wonderful experience! Definitely at the top of our date night list.
