Huge fan of this place! I've been a loyal customer for years but their policies on continuous mask wearing while in the store durin the pandemic have been extremely comforting. I love shopping there, especially considering their optional bag policy.

Organized and clean store but a bit overpriced for used items. You can get the same items for new at stores like Forever 21, H&M and Zara. The fitting room is closed. You can’t get a refund if your items don’t fit and want to return them for your money back. You can exchange them within 2 days though. They also don’t allow that many people in the store at a time and it was a line so be prepared to wait outside if they are busy.

Nice stuff/product. People inside didnt seem to comforting. One lady stop my at door to ensure I didnt take off my mask while in store. I was wondering why she felt the need to tell me that, when i stepped in with mask. Felt like I was being watched as opposed to feeling welcomed. Still might go back.
