I have been using the on-line ordering app for the past several orders I have made and I have been overly satisfied with the quality and freshness of the food, the accuracy of the order, great communication with the on-line tracking status, and just an amazingly overall stress free ordering experience. This location and it's employees have been doing a great job and I can't wait to place my next order on-line! I got an argument about unrequested jalepenos with the manager fella a while back but regardless of the occasional sour attitude of the cashier the food is expectaional and served quickly

We ordered light sauce and got extra sauce instead. I never have figured out why they didn't listen and confirm your order. I did business with them only because my late friend owned the store but this is the Las straw

I work and live outside Rome and the female that was working on April 3 near 10:30 pm is one of the rudest people that I had to talk to . She wouldn't look up the address to Redmond hospital and said domino's is not allowed and I never had a problem getting pizza from the domino's in Chattanooga deliver to the hospital in Chattanooga..they looked up the address. no problem from the domino's in dalton ga deliver pizza to that hospital they as well looked up the address for me .this female from the Rome ga store needs to be let go for poor customer service.....getting a attitude with me for asking can you look it up please I am currently working .
