mick was my salesman and he was awesome. He was great to work with, respectful of my time, polite and gave a great overview of the vehicle I wanted. He was a great communicator and keep me updated on my purchase via text and email. I have bought a lot of vehicles and this was the best experience I have ever had. No hassle, no pressure, not your typical condescending car salesman. He was fantastic to work with. Roderick was my finance expert and he was equally respectful, polite and very quick to get my paperwork completed accurately and timely. What else could you ask for? Oh, and I love my new Ford Bronco.....

I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer from Jim Ellis Ford - Sandy Springs. My salesperson was Mick and he is amazing! I called ahead and spoke with him. He had everything in place and ready to go when I got there. He sat in the vehicle with me and went over all of its features, answered all of my questions kept me fed and hydrated and had me out and free to enjoy the rest of the day in no time. I don’t live close to the dealership but will return to them for any maintenance on my vehicle. I highly recommend them. Give them a call and ask for Mick!

If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend working with Jeremy Ellis. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, collaborative and patient. I didn't feel like I was working with a sales person, but rather someone who wanted to help me get the exact car I was looking for. I have been to other local dealers and left because they were terrible. This dealership, and especially Jeremy, elevates the reputation of car dealers and Jim Ellis Ford has earned a customer for life. Work with Jeremy. You wont regret it.
