Shout out to Sr. Sales Rep. Ben & Sales Manager Adam for SUPERB customer service! These guys hands down are some really great people to do business with if you’re shopping for a car.nYesterday I purchased my 17 year old his first car from Gravity Autos Sandy Springs. His eyes were locked in on this Mercedes with the orange edition package trim the minute we stepped foot on the lot. Of I was opposed, but it took no time before I was writing a check for the car. Here are some of the things that changed my mind and made me go ahead and purchase the car for my son.n1. Ben NEVER made me feel rushed or pressured. Instead he laid out the pluses and cons of the decision.n2. Ben got to know “us” and not just the “customer”. He understood what my objective was from the beginning. I can’t tell you how far that went with me.n3. When it came down to negotiating the deal, Ben and Adam tried their best to meet me in the middle and accommodate my needs to close the deal.nAfter doing business with these guys, I will definitely be telling others about them and buying here again!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Gravity Auto in Sandy Springs. I first called to see if they had a car I wanted to look at and Ben Franklin (legit that is his name, make sure to request him) was so freaking nice. Once I got there he already had the car pulled up for me and we went on a test drive. I basically kidnapped him while I really got the feel for the car and drove around. HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, NICE, AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. He wasn't pushy or forceful at all to buy the car, which was so refreshing ( i had been looking for a car for a bit and left another dealership because the guy was trying to push the wrong car down my throat). Anyways, I bought my car and he made the process so easy. Even after it was bought, I had a few additional questions and he answered right away. BEN FRANKLIN IS THE MAN!nI also worked with Eric his sales manager in the negotiating process and he made sure to get me the best deal/interest rate for my loan which was great, so thank you!nLastly when it came down to financing James really went in depth of what my options were and how to quickly pay off my new car.nnThis whole team feels like a family and it shows. When you get a car there, you become a part of the family too. I have never felt so comfortable or taken care of before, during, and after a purchase of a car. 10/10 recommend the staff and the service at Gravity Auto Sandy Springs!

I have purchased a number of cars throughout my years and my purchase from Gravity Autos Sandy Springs was one of my best experiences. I had researched and test driven various vehicles and knew what I wanted. While I had purchased new cars over the internet I had never purchased a used vehicle located out of town without that ability to view or test drive it. Henry David Hernandez was my sales person. He was excellent. He was always available to take my calls or call me right back. He provided additional pictures and documents I requested. I had some concern regarding prior body damage with the vehicle and David drove the car over to the local new car franchise dealer for their inspection and allowed me to speak directly with them regarding their review. David's service was above and beyond expectations. The car was delivered washed and waxed and my trade in picked up - all seamlessly. Deal done.nThanks to David and Gravity Auto.

I recently bought a car from Gravity Auto ud83dude98. I personally had never heard of Gravity, however it turned out to be the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Their customer service was top notch and the staff was very personable. I have no problem talking to others about my awesome car buying experience with Auto.
