Update 1/30/21: Wait time for my early morning 15k mile inspection was over 1.5 hours. Not acceptable for such a minor “express” service. I’ll consider another dealership for maintenance of my two 4Runners going forward.nnPrevious post: Excellent service. The advisor Kevin M. was very knowledgeable and was able to look up a software update for my vehicle that World Toyota wasn’t able to find. Much happier taking my 4Runner to Rick Hendrick Toyota. Had me out the door in less time than estimated. Highly recommended service department.
Rick Hendricks Toyota of Sandy Spring are an awesome team of professional people. Jordan and Jason helped us crunch the numbers down. Lamar went to pinched the numbers even further. Took my car to Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs for a manufacture recall. Greg at the service department desk was very helpful in assisting me and also offered a shuttle service so that I could return home while they worked on my vehicle. Mr Woody from the shuttle service, took me home and then came back to my house to pick me up later that day. Mr Woody was very personable and kind throughout the round trip by making light conversation and pointing out places to eat. It was like my own personal tour. Once Mr Woody brought me back to the dealership, I spoke with Greg again in which we had a pleasant conversation about local places to go and eat as I am very new to the Atlanta area. Those two individuals made my experience very positive and I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for future business. Thanks again to Greg and Woody.
My experience with Rick Hendrick Toyota was amazing! The team there really looks out for your best interests when it comes to choosing a vehicle that suits your needs and wants. Lovely dealership! My first time “service” experience there was the BEST service experience of my lifetime since owning a Toyota, and I’ve owned four! From the purchasing aspect to my cars’ first service appointment, each interaction has been 5 Star! Professionalism at its best! I live on the far west side of GA and my experience is well worth my 37 mile drive for service of my vehicle. Social distancing is easily maintained at this dealership! As it is roomy and very clean. I’m impressed with the service doors and how they open! My service advisor was great! The employee who booked my appointment was great! I just had a tremendously great experience! I’m so happy the research in purchasing another car lead me here! Go people! It’s the best!
