Mr Burkhalter represented me in a custody case in January of 2019 which I won we didn’t have to have a hearing or do much in the court room because my ex signed the papers without fighting me so I can’t speak about mr Burkhalter’s court room performance but part of the final agreement was a name change on my daughters birth certificate. I still have not gotten her new birth certificate and have called the department of vital records on more than one occasion and they have received nothing from me Burkhalter’s office I have tried to contact me Burkhalter a few times and left messages requesting a call back and sent an email but have gotten no response it is March 2020 and has been well over a year and still no birth certificate and no answers it seems as though they don’t care about finishing up my case as this is the last thing I’m waiting on I wouldn’t recommend mr Burkhalter

Zach is the absolute best!! He represented my mother on a higher standard than asked for. Zach will not rest until he figures out a way to win your case. He is very hardworking. Zach and his staff are easy to contact when needed. Communication is key when it comes to business and they definitely have that. Highly recommend. Best in Georgia!!

I had some situations that happened locally. I called Zachary, and he gave me answers. Zachary was very professional and kept his word. I would highly recommend using Zachary as a lawyer.
