Fantastic place to shop! In my opinion it's the safest place to shop in Rome during a pandemic! Carts are cleaned, the registers are cleaned after each customer and masks are required. They always have a wide variety of stock and the prices are great! Definitely love the Maxx!!!
This is a pretty well organized store. We were able to locate everything we needed with no hassle. We were also surprised at how helpful the staff was at checkout. Thank you for the awesome experience.
I love to come in to one particular guy greeting everyone as they enter.nHim greeting with an real smile and helpful heart brought joy to me.n(Ppl often come in TJ MAXX emotionally distracted or sad) and that was me this week.nBut after the greeting and him offering to help me find what I was looking for. I was able to move forward with a smile myself.
It has good customer service! I'm always greeted. Over all it's great.
Large selection but many surprise brand name items. You are always assured of the various departments but you never know too specifically what they may have in stock on any given day. Store is clean & spacious, staff is always friendly & courteous. Good selection with fair to great to stupendous deals & prices!
