I bought a 2004 Tacoma from David about two years ago. It is my daily driver and is an awesome truck. This time, after finding nothing but overly priced vehicles in terrible condition and an awful experience with a dealership, i came back to graves auto. I asked him to see about finding an SUV for me and my family since he didn't have any on the lot at the time. I also let him know what kind of budget I had. In a few weeks he called me with a potential vehicle in our price range. He allowed me to take it for a couple days to see how we would like it. Of course my kids fell in love with it and so did I. I just have to do a few minor repairs to the vehicle, but that is expected when you buy used. Overall I love the relaxed experience at graves auto. There is absolutely no pressure and David will work with you to make sure you are happy. I now have two vehicles from graves auto and if I need a third I will go here and nowhere else. Thank you David!

Put a 3200.00 down on a F250 Super Duty. Had the truck a little bit. Made a payment to the bank unfortunately it was past 10 days. Here is where David and Graves got shady. I called David about my tag. He told me something happened call the bank. I call the bank and was told Graves bought my truck back. I call David and he proceeds to lie to me saying the vehicle is going to auction. Within minutes a tow truck is at the house picking the truck up.nnI call the bank again and they proceed to tell me all that had to be done was resubmit the paperwork, but the dealer (Graves Auto) decided to buy the vehicle back. Not one call from David letting me know this.nnI call David back after some research and find out the vehicle is not going to auction, but back to inspection. I look on the website this morning and wouldn't you know....The same truck is for sale again.nnI mentioned the deposit in the beginning. David said he paid the vehicle taxes with my deposit. He then said he's not giving my deposit back. Looking at the contract there's nothing stating Graves keeps your deposit. Another side note...The payment I made on the truck is being sent to Graves Auto. So that's 3500.00 Graves is attempting to keep on a truck that he is attempting to sale again.
