This was hands down the best car buying experience I have EVER had! Luke Wood was amazing and so helpful in getting me what I wanted with a deal that worked for ME! Paul in Finance was also amazingly helpful. I truly felt like a valued customer instead of just another sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership, Luke in particular, to ANYBODY! Every single one of the staff that I came into contact with was friendly and courteous. Thank you all for a wonderful, out of the ordinary, car buying experience!

This dealership can not be beat! From being met in the parking to access our wants and needs to the caring and honest salesman Luke, all the way through finance with the genius Paul our experience was beyond pleasant!!! I have never had such a positive car buying experience!! If you are in the market for a car that will last forever, go see Luke Wood and Paul!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Riverside Toyota (RT) is the closest Toyota dealership to me. It does a good job. I wish I could use RT for all of my Toyota service. I have to go elsewhere for oil changes due to the price of the oil change. RT is double what other Toyota dealerships are. Also, very hard to get appointments. I wish they did normal service things on a first come first serve basis. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback. Have a blessed day.

Jada and the team took great care of me with my Sequoia issue.nI was an out-of-towner and needed a valve stem and tire repair.nShe got right in the service dept. and back on the road.nEveryone at the dealership was courteous and polite. They even vacuumed my floor and did not change the position of the driver's seat.nThis is a very well managed service dept.nand I highly recommend it.

My recent visit to Riverside Toyota was excellent. I had previously scheduled my appointment and arrived about 30 minutes early. They immediately got me checked in and began the maintenance work on my vehicle. I waited in their lounge which was very comfortable and the seating was arranged allowing social distancing. They completed the work in a very respectable time and had me on my way. The Service Department Agent on duty during my visit was extremely polite and courteous. I will definitely continue to use Riverside Toyota in the future.
