Being a single mommy on a tighter income, it's hard finding a GOOD and SAFE vehicle that you want to have your precious toddler ride in. I knew about what I wanted but left much happier with what I got and all of the extras I didn't know to even ask for. Chris Blake did an excellent job listening to my needs and trying to stay as close as possible with my budget. I am now in a beautiful vehicle that my almost 2 year old can sit in a back seat and not be in the passenger seat in front. That is an amazing feeling to gain some safety for her! Highly recommend!!

Well let me start with Karla. She was very nice and upfront with everything and honest. The prices that I did see were very reasonable. This was the fastest that I’ve been through a car buying experience. And I’ve got to say it was enjoyable to say the least. Thank you Karla for the great experience I had. I will come back again and already have recommended others.

I called and spoke to Mr. Cory Dowdy and told him my situation and that I wanted to trade my car in on a truck. He agreed to work up some numbers without even having to go to the dealer . I gave him all the info on my trade and. He got back to me the next day and we were able To get everything in line and I went today to sign my papers. No hassle no fuss. Would definitely use them and him as my salesperson again. Thanks for making it easy and painless.

Great prices. They honored what was listed for the truck on their website. Salesman was friendly. Only thing was that we had to wait a while on the Finance Manager to see us. Someone else said he was doing two jobs that day because someone was absent at work. Other than that, great service! I appreciate that they honored their price on the website because we went to another dealership earlier that day that did not honor their internet price.

We found the website during my search for a Chevy Tahoe. They had one that interested me so I called. Told Matt that we would have to come from Murfreesboro,TN. Agreed to wait for us. Able to test drive and get paperwork done quickly. Not able to get cleanup and payoff completed that evening but reached agreement to have everything completed on both ends next afternoon. They delivered my Tahoe and all went well. Everyone @ Riverside Chevy was great. Matt, our salesman, was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them anytime! Price was several thousand dollars less than any dealership in Tennessee!!
