Chris in the Service Department was very thorough with the servicing of my vehicle when I brought it in. They found the problem and corrected it in a very timely manner. Chris and his team of technicians had me back on the road and satisfied with their service. I have also often used the services of the Quick Lane facility with Terry and have been satisfied with all work that has been in the past. Thanks to Courtesy Ford and the Quick Lane for always being able to get the job done.

Josh answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick and efficient. I had a transmission replaced in my 2003 expedition and dropped it off and was able to pick it up in under 2 weeks. The price was what you expect for a transmission but I received a military discount and it came with a three year warranty so I felt more secure about driving my 17 year old S.U.V. I would recommend there service department to my friends and family. Even though I didn't see the techs If you read this thank them for there hard work!

The service here was exceptional!!! I was out of town working and had to have 2 tire replaced which they didn’t have but he walked me through options and got my tires replaced and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours! I live in Winder but will definitely be back whenever I’m in the are! Thank you ud83dude4f

Bought my truck through Courtesy Ford a couple months back. They offer three free oil changes, great, right?nNah. I got one and will absolutely not be back. I made an appointment through their website to find out once I got there that they do oil changes across the street at the Quick Lane. Okay, I go across the street. Tell the guy I made an appointment for an oil change and he goes “well where did you make that appointment? We don’t really do that...”nSo why is it on the Courtesy Ford website? Why did they allow me to make that appointment, without contacting me in any way, for me to find out that their business affiliate does not operate in the same way?nTo make matters worse, it took two hours for them to change my oil. One and a half of those was me just sitting around staring at my truck in the same parking spot. I get that they were backed up, but maybe give a better time estimate than “a while,” so I can decide if I want to go elsewhere. Which I absolutely do from now on. Because to top my story off, they finally get my oil changed and I watched the guy at the desk finish a lengthy phone conversation with one customer and then talk to two more customers behind me about lugnuts for 5 more minutes before noticing my truck and saying “oh, I see your truck is done.”nBehind schedule or not, they have no pace faster than “leisurely.” I guess they were nice enough, but acceptable is about the best I can rate their customer service.
