I’ve been here twice for services done to my Jeep and I am a pleased with their customer service courtesy they carry. I’m a woman and although I might not know all the parts of the car, I like to know what is being done to it. They don’t mind giving you full details on services being render. Thank you and especially Greg for his time. So far so good!
I brought in my 2011 Jeep Rubicon to get a tune up. Greg the service guy said he would save me some money and not change my coil pack because he didn’t need one. Seth had already quoted the price at under $700. Got Jeep back next day code came up that said cylinder 1 misfire. Same code. Greg got it back in timely and said coil pack was bad. $148.00 more. I ask Greg did they change the plug wires. He said he forgot mine had wires. I ask him for two days to get me back in to change my plug wires that I had already paid for in the tune up. I have the text. I had the plug wires replaced and that solved the problem. Sent Greg a message and he responded Awesome. I have spent over $800.00 and I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HAVING TO GO BACK 3 TIMES. I want ever go back
Had a great sales experience this weekend in Rome. Mike and William were wonderful to work with. Very helpful and answered all our questions. There was no pushing or pressure on anything. I left with a '21 Sahara Altitude. I will be happy to do business with them again.
I was very happy the first day. 2day when I went to get the car cleaned and washed. We sat there between 1hour and half to 2 hours. IAM sad to say it should not take long for a clean and wash. When we called we got the the run around between 3 different people . They said that was not bad for a clean up and a wash.
I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Charger R/T from university and all I have to say is that they knocked it out of the park. John and his team saw that I was nervous about the payment and got my payment to exactly where I wanted it to be. I know where I will keep going for all my services and to buy my cars.
