Absolutely professional. Took my '06 Pilot in to have a new key made. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. Key cost was actually cheaper than the quotes I received from an Automotive Locksmith. Even though all I needed was the key, they gave my car a once over and gave me recommendations on what I needed to have looked at soon by a mechanic. Awesome service.

The Service Department was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda service. I dropped off my Honda Friday night and received a call Saturday Morning from Russ-Service Adviser with recommendations . Very Friendly and efficient...especially Russ who should be commended.

Jim’s Tire and Service Center. If you need work. Go there. This service center couldn’t find out why my tire pressure light was on. Gave the car back to me with a “yeah we don’t know, we tried three things.” This along with a couple of other issues I’ve had with this service center is why I’m giving this review. Just go to Jim’s. Better service, no BS, better price, and from what I can tell mechanics that can properly put air in a tire and reset the tire pressure light. 2 stars because I’m sure some of the staff are good people. Jim’s also doesn’t take 3 hours to do an oil change that has an appointment. Go to Jim’s.

Stephanie was the one who sold us our new car. I was anxious about buying a new car. But she and the dealership were very fair with our trade in. We were able to purchase some extra warranty for a decent price. Also the bank they used for financing got us a wonderful interest rate.The car we bought had some exterior issues but they held up their end of the deal and fixed the cars exterior in just one day while providing us with a rental car. I am so pleased with the service, professionalism, and overall experience with Heritage Honda. Thank you Stephanie!

I bought a car from Heritage Honda a few weeks ago after going to multiple dealerships, Rebecca made the process so much easier and helped me out so much! Would definitely recommend buying from them!
